How do I know which wiper arm my car has?

Look where the blade clips onto the arm. Most cars built since the 2000s use a J-Hook, where the arm ends in a U-shaped hook. Others use a side pin, a push button, or a bayonet. Each car page shows the arm when we can confirm it.

Are the driver and passenger blades the same length?

Usually not. On most cars, the driver blade is longer, and many SUVs and hatchbacks add a shorter rear blade. Check each position for your model year.

When should I replace my wiper blades?

When they streak, skip, chatter or leave a haze, or when the rubber is cracked. For most drivers that is every 6 to 12 months; sun and ice wear blades out faster.

How do I measure a wiper blade?

Measure the rubber strip from end to end and round to the nearest inch. Blades are sold in whole inches in the US and in millimeters in Europe: a 24-inch blade is sold as 600 mm. Measuring also works when your year isn’t in our data yet.
