1990–1995 Ford Cougar wiper FAQ
Quick answers about this car.
What size wipers fit a 1990–1995 Ford Cougar?
The 1990–1995 Ford Cougar takes 22" driver-side and 22" passenger-side wiper blades.
Do all 1990–1995 Ford Cougar model years use the same wipers?
Yes. Every Ford Cougar from 1990 to 1995 shares the same blade lengths. If a blade fits one of these years, it fits them all.
What connector does the Ford Cougar wiper arm use?
We haven't confirmed the arm type for this car yet. The adapter chart in the blade's box shows which adapter to use.
Can I use a wiper blade one size longer or shorter?
Stick with the listed sizes. A longer blade can hit the windshield frame or the other blade, while a shorter one leaves an unwiped gap. If your old blades don’t match our sizes, measure them end to end.
How often should I replace my wiper blades?
Most drivers change them every 6 to 12 months. Swap them sooner if they start to streak, chatter, or miss spots.
